Working with the client as a vital team member throughout each phase of a project ensures the end-product is more than satisfactory but exceptional. Following a process with each project allows efficiency and guaranteed results. Starting with Programming, the JH&H team works through Schematic Design, Development Design, Construction Documents, Bargaining and Negotiating and then seeing the project through to completion through Construction Administration delivers a product that satisfies.
