This building is an extension of Winner's Circle Park, a recent development designed to facilitate the City's growth. The New Library will serve as a cornerstone for future buildings in the City of Flowood. The library houses 90,000 volumes as well as the latest technology. It maintains a computer reference area that has Internet access. Children's discovery and reading area mimics a Drive-In Movie Theater that once existed where the Library now stands. Community Meeting Rooms are an important part of this facility with separate access for after hours use. The Design reflects an Industrial Style, which is consistent with this young city's growth.
