The New Convention Center is a perfect addition to this historic city's downtown area. The state-of-the-art facility occupies an entire city block of the historic district. The historic character of the buildings' facade is designed to blend in with the district's 1800's era cityscape. JH&H, in association with local architecture firm, Waycaster & Associates, worked closely with the Natchez Historic Foundation, Mississippi Department of History & Archives, City Leaders, Citizens of Natchez and the Convention & Visitors Bureau to achieve the overall objective. The building is equipped with divisible meeting and exhibit space.
