Complex includes three separate buildings; Readiness Center, Maintenance Training Building and Flammable Storage Building.

Site Features:

Personal vehicle parking, military vehicle parking, security fencing, fueling capability and an exterior vehicle wash bay.

The site is a steeply sloped site with a creek along one border. The site design orients the building parallel with the main site slope to minimize the amount of dirt work required. The design utilizes a segmented retaining wall along the creek to elevate the complex and maximize the usability of the site.

The readiness center design is organized to provide maximum flexibility for military use and security while allowing some areas to be available for public use. The building spaces include: administrative suite, classrooms, assembly hall, commercial kitchen, unit storage, locker room, showers and physical fitness.
