JH&H designed this two-story municipal building located on Picayune’s main thoroughfare, Goodyear Boulevard. The Pearl River County Office Complex consists of Adult Offenders Program spaces, Driver's License Office, Tax Assessment Office and other city departments ranging from circuit to chancery court spaces. The 22,000 sq. ft. building features two courtrooms as well as a drive through for the convenience of those visiting the circuit clerk or paying for tags and taxes.
