Carl Franco, AIA, LEED AP

Carl has over 35 years of diversified architectural design and project management experience. He has held major design responsibility on a wide variety of building types specializing in major religious, educational, government, office, and multi-use projects. As Principal-In-Charge, he has been directly responsible to clients for over $750,000,000 of project design. Carl is responsible for managing the firm’s design to ensure that the Client’s goals and objectives are achieved within the project schedule. He received a Bachelor of Architecture in 1975 from Louisiana State University where he participated in the New Orleans Design Study in Urban and Community Design.
Carl has been associated with JH&H since 1976. He served as the 2002 President for the Mississippi Chapter of the American Institute of Architects. He is a LEED® AP and directs the firm’s sustainable design initiatives.
